Who Are We Looking For?
We’re on the hunt for a Digital Marketing Specialist who’s not just experienced, but brimming with energy, drive, and flair! As a qualified team member (Degree or Diploma in Communications/Marketing or previous experience in a Social Media Marketing role), you’ll need to be self-driven and forward-thinking. Confidence is key as you’ll be creating, editing, and implementing social media strategies, content, and advertising campaigns. Naturally, you’ll have a good grasp of marketing strategy, insights, and performance metrics. But it’s not all about numbers—you’ll also need to be a born creative with top tier interpersonal and written communication skills and a keen eye for the details.
What You’ll Be Doing:
As part of our team, you’ll be responsible for:
- Engaging with clients to align marketing plans and define objectives
- Planning, creating, and implementing high-quality written and visual content for organic and paid social media campaigns
- Analysing organic and paid marketing performance and producing insightful client reports
- Managing communities across client social media accounts
- Working alongside our creative team on projects
- Copywriting, project management, and brand strategy
- Managing paid social campaigns and budgets
- Being one of the go-to social media gurus at Design Juice
Plus, you’ll have the opportunity to develop your skills and experience across many agency functions, including account management.
Must-Haves:
To be our main squeeze, you’ll need:
- A strong understanding of social media and experience in Meta Business Manager, with the ability to deliver content to relevant channels and audiences
- Solid understanding of Meta Ads Manager and Pixels
- Superb copywriting skills and an sharp eye for detail
- Experience in creating Email Marketing Newsletters (Mailchimp, Klaviyo)
- Expert time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to spot opportunities, assess strategies, and pivot when needed
- Proficiency in video content creation and editing
- Experience in image creation and editing using tools like Canva
