As a qualified team member (Degree or Diploma in Communications\/Marketing or previous experience in a Social Media Marketing role), you&#8217;ll need to be self-driven and forward-thinking. Confidence is key as you&#8217;ll be creating, editing, and implementing social media strategies, content, and advertising campaigns. Naturally, you&#8217;ll have a good grasp of marketing strategy, insights, and performance metrics. But it&#8217;s not all about numbers\u2014you&#8217;ll also need to be a born creative with top tier interpersonal and written communication skills and a keen eye for the details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What You&#8217;ll Be Doing:<\/strong><br>As part of our team, you&#8217;ll be responsible for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Engaging with clients to align marketing plans and define objectives<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Planning, creating, and implementing high-quality written and visual content for organic and paid social media campaigns<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Analysing organic and paid marketing performance and producing insightful client reports<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Managing communities across client social media accounts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Working alongside our creative team on projects<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Copywriting, project management, and brand strategy<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Managing paid social campaigns and budgets<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Being one of the go-to social media gurus at Design Juice<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:14px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Plus, you&#8217;ll have the opportunity to develop your skills and experience across many agency functions, including account management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Must-Haves:<\/strong><br>To be our main squeeze, you\u2019ll need:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>A strong understanding of social media and experience in Meta Business Manager, with the ability to deliver content to relevant channels and audiences<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Solid understanding of Meta Ads Manager and Pixels<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Superb copywriting skills and an sharp eye for detail<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in creating Email Marketing Newsletters (Mailchimp, Klaviyo)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Expert time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The ability to spot opportunities, assess strategies, and pivot when needed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficiency in video content creation and editing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in image creation and editing using tools like Canva<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:14px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Are you ready to juice up your career?
